Right now, Divii is focused on British Columbia. Everything on this site, the guides, the calculations, and the agreement Divii drafts, is built to BC family law. If you are separating in another province, write to us at support@divii.ca and we will tell you whether Divii fits your situation.

Everything the journey needs: every tool, all education and videos, and your finished BC Separation Agreement, exported to Word or PDF. One payment per agreement, spouse included, plus tax: Divii is $895, Divii Guided is $1,295, and Divii Mediated is $3,495. There are no recurring charges.

If you purchased Divii but never started the work, meaning no calculations run, no schedules built, and no information entered, we will refund you, and there is no deadline on that. Once you have worked through your file, the fee is not refundable, because the value is in the work you did. Yes. One file is built for two people. Either of you can start it and invite the other at no extra cost, and you can work together or separately, in any order and at your own pace. Nothing in your file is visible to anyone until you choose to share it.

Nothing you have resolved is lost. Every settled decision stays captured in your file and your draft agreement, so the open items are clearly narrowed rather than everything being up in the air.
