Pricing questions, answered

Is there a free version of Divii? +

The tour and the guides and videos are free to anyone. Your own file, with every tool your agreement needs and the finished document at the end, is one flat payment. Inviting your spouse is free.

Which option do I need? +

All three options produce the same finished Separation Agreement. Divii is the complete self-guided file. Divii Guided adds an Initial Guidance Session at the start and a professional review of your completed file before your Agreement generates. Divii Mediated adds private preparation meetings and up to two hours of mediation with a qualified, rostered family mediator for the terms you cannot agree on.

Do my spouse and I each pay? +

No. Pricing is per agreement, not per person, so both of you work in the same file at no additional cost. Either of you can start the file and invite the other.

Who should not use Divii on its own? +

Using Divii on its own may not be appropriate if there is domestic violence, coercive control, or a significant power imbalance that makes collaborative decision-making unsafe. In those situations, additional legal or community supports are often more appropriate, and Divii can be used alongside your own legal support.

What if Divii isn't right for me? +

Tell us. Most problems turn out to be fixable, and we would rather help you finish than watch you go. If you have not started the work, we refund you in full, with no deadline. If you purchased Divii Guided or Divii Mediated and the professional component has not begun, we refund the difference between your plan and Divii. The full policy is in our Terms of Use.
