Home › Guided Support
Every Divii option includes the full platform, every tool and all the education, and ends in your finished BC Separation Agreement. Divii Guided and Divii Mediated add a real professional at the moments people most want one. A guidance session before you begin, a lawyer review of your completed file before your agreement generates, and mediation when a term will not settle.
Who supports you
The people behind Guided and Mediated work in BC family law. Your guidance session and your mediation are with a qualified, rostered family mediator, and the professional services in Divii are led by Rebecca Alleyne, the BC family lawyer and accredited, rostered family mediator who built the platform.
They also work where your work is. Your mediation happens inside your Divii file, starting from everything you have already decided, and the lawyer review looks at your completed file, with your actual schedule, your numbers and your draft agreement in it.
The support follows the same idea as the platform itself. You can make good decisions when you are clear on what you want, what you have to work with, and what your options are. The professional's job is that clarity.
Every option includes the full platform. The difference is the professional support around it.

Choosing
Divii. You want to work through it yourselves. The education and the tools carry you decision by decision, and your agreement drafts as you go.
Divii Guided. You want a professional at the two ends of the work. The guidance session starts you off, and the lawyer review checks your completed file before your agreement generates.
Divii Mediated. You already know one or two terms will be hard, or you want the certainty that getting stuck will not stall the file. The unresolved terms go to mediation, and everything you have settled comes with you.
You can choose Guided or Mediated at the beginning, or start with Divii and upgrade later. Not sure which fits? Tell us what you need.
The Divii way
Every option gets you every tool, all the education, and a complete BC Separation Agreement drafted from your decisions. One payment per agreement, plus tax. Inviting your spouse is free.
Rebecca Alleyne built Divii after 20 years of family law practice in British Columbia, 15 of them as a mediator. The professional support in Guided and Mediated comes from that practice. Divii participates in the Law Society of British Columbia's Innovation Sandbox.
